There was not an address on her payment, so I had to ship to another address that she sent. I had to use Multi-order shipping, that does not allow a tracking number to be sent to the customer through Paypal. I put her phone number on the box in two different locations for them to call her upon arrival of the eggs. Just as she requested.
I looked up the shipment of the eggs, it stated that there was a notice left for her on Friday to pick up the box. I know when my mail carrier leaves a notice, the tracking number is written on the card that they leave for me??? The eggs arrived on Friday and she wants to blame me for not picking them up until Monday???
I did everything that was requested from this customer and then she wanted an apology???
Unfortunately, I have no control over the USPS. This person was very rude and angry toward me, then leaves me negative feedback, even when I did everything that was requested??? She needs to voice her anger toward her post office, not me. |
